Thank you for reaching out. In order to fulfill your request, our team will need to create a new design/print file from scratch. This process involves our designer creating the design, followed by our production lead transferring the file to our printing server and setting it up on our printer.

Cornhole Bags

Choosing the right bag depends on your personal playing style. Our product range includes "fast" and "slow" bags, as indicated in each product's description. The slower bags are more suitable if you have a hard and straight throw. On the other hand, if your throws typically have a higher arc, faster bags might be the better choice for you. Ultimately, the decision rests on your preferred playing style and comfort.

The speed of our bags is detailed in the Bag Speed Chart available on our website. You can access the chart here for a comprehensive understanding.

We provide a 90-day warranty on our cornhole bags, specifically covering the seam, beginning from the delivery date. Please note, however, that the warranty does not extend to material punctures, snags, frays, or other damage generally attributed to user error or normal wear and tear.

It's important to note that the warranty will be invalidated if the bags are boiled, or products other than our recommended Bag Butter are used. Additionally, the use of fabric softeners or any off-market solutions will also result in voiding the warranty.

Regarding warranty claims, we can identify through photos if the bags have been boiled or if a product other than Bag Butter has been used. Therefore, adhering strictly to our care instructions is crucial to maintain the warranty validity.

You must present the original proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim. The warranty is not transferrable and does not apply to bags bought from resellers or won in raffles.

Our Buffalo Bag Butter is an all-natural concoction specially formulated to accelerate the break-in process, making them more comfortable to throw and improving their overall performance. You can find it here and learn more about it here.

The separation you're noticing is a characteristic of the herringbone fabric used in these bags, and it's a common occurrence on all major cornhole bag brands that use this carpet. We have incorporated a backer into our herringbone fabric to enhance durability and maintain the structure during gameplay. Please be assured that this is not an issue and that your bags are working as intended. The terms and conditions on our cornhole bags warranty also apply to the Fallout X and the Fury.

Snags on bags aren't considered a manufacturing defect. They typically occur when the bags encounter rough surfaces or sharp objects during usage. Even though they might alter the appearance of the bags, they won't negatively impact their playability or overall lifespan.

Snags are not covered under our bag warranty. However, here are some handy tips to prevent snags and maintain your bags in excellent condition:

  • Regularly inspect your boards for any nails or screws that may be protruding, and fix them before initiating gameplay.
  • Keep the play area clean and devoid of any debris or sharp objects.
  • Handle the bags with care and prevent contact with rough surfaces whenever possible.

Following these suggestions can significantly reduce the risk of getting snags on your bags.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We offer replacements for our cornhole bags. To ensure you receive the correct replacement, we recommend taking a photo of two of your bags, with one bag showing the front and the other the back, and uploading that photo when placing your order.

Typically, it takes 3-4 business days to manufacture a custom cornhole bag once an order has been placed. Delivery time will vary based on your shipping address. Still, we can provide you with a more accurate estimate once we receive your order.

Cornhole Boards & Wood Products

Our goal is to craft a product that you'll cherish for years to come, and that takes some time. Here's what to expect:

  • Production time: All of our wood products require up to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders we're handling at the moment.
  • Shipping time: Expect up to 7 business days for delivery, though this can vary based on your location within the continental US.

Please note, these timelines are rough estimates and we're committed to getting your Buffalo Boards to you as soon as possible. Upon dispatch of your order, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment's progress.

Our wood products are designed for use both indoors and outdoors. With five layers of polyurethane coat, they're very durable. However, extended exposure to intense sunlight or dampness can still lead to deterioration. Think of it as an iPhone; it's relatively water resistant, but it wouldn't do too well after dropping it into a pool, would it?

Our boards are fast out of the gate but will naturally slow down over time. It will take a while, but playing outside and in the sun helps speed up the process.
